Empowering the Next Generation of Tech Women in Ghana —
From Bootcamp to the Boardroom.
Program Overview
Phase I - 8 months
Comprehensive IT, software development and AI training delivered in partnership with global learning platforms such as Coursera and Udemy, combined with in-person masterclasses from industry experts. The curriculum covers coding (Python, Java, web development), AI and machine learning, data science, cloud computing and digital product management.
Phase II - 4 months
Intensive entrepreneurship training and startup incubation, focusing on business model development, financial planning, market validation, pitching and scaling strategies. Participants will develop and refine startup ideas under the mentorship of experienced entrepreneurs and tech leaders.
Graduation & Beyond
At the end of Phase II, successful participants are provided with seed funding to launch their startups, supported by continuous mentorship and networking opportunities.
We also provide our participants with the opportunity to secure IT placements and professional opportunities with our partner organisations and industry stakeholders both in Ghana and across Europe for them.
